Diamond numbers

The cumulative sum of centered heptagonal numbers is related to structured diamond numbers, but I have not yet studied diamond numbers enough to say anything more than this about them. Without this, centered heptagonal numbers appear quite uninteresting compared to, say, centered hexagonal numbers. But since I intend to write articles on centered k-gonal numbers for higher ks, I thought it would be better not to leave this gap at 7. PrimeFan 19:40, 27 Nov 2004 (UTC)
